Considering that 200 Hour Foundational Yoga Teacher Training Programs vary greatly depending on discipline and style. It is in our experience that each applicant of the Advanced Teacher Training Program at the 300 Hour Level, should feel comfortable answering the following questions to assess your preparedness to enter into this Course.
