WOO-HOO TO 2025!

I will be hosting Monday Mashups on Zoom every LAST Monday of the month at 6 pm.

We will review the monthly schedule, session prep, assignments, Q&A, Yoga Alliance Requirements, etc.!  Soooo...save the dates in your calendar, jump in live anytime, the same ol' Bree's Zoom link that is below works for everything!

SOME NOTES:  

In November, we switched from LearnWorlds to Teachable. The Schedule is ALWAYS posted. Saturdays we meet 2-3 times per month at the westside Paradise Studio. We do not meet when we are in 200 Hour YTT Session. (The only caveat was in August, when I was performing, we met on Zoom not at the Studio.) 

There is some confusion about the schedule, however, Saturday's have remained static for 12 months. The only variable are the weekly Zooms. I choose different days (monthly) to try to meet the needs of everyone's schedule, schedule is posted the month prior.  

SATURDAYS @ PARADISE (WHEN NOT IN 200 YTT)

EVERY SATURDAY: 9:30 am - Advanced Mandala Sequencing (1 HR LIVE CREDIT) *No Zoom Option

EVERY SATURDAY: 11:00 am - Foundations (1 HR LIVE CREDIT) *Yes Zoom Option 

MOST SATURDAYS: 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm SESSION (UP TO 3 HR LIVE CREDIT) * Yes Zoom Option  

As of 2/28/25, I will have hosted 222 LIVE Hours in 12 Months. That's an average of 18 hours per month LIVE. So to put this in context, you need 75 Hours LIVE to meet the requirements.  We begin our new season of Yoga Grad School on March 22nd!
