We are excited that you are embarking on your journey to continue growing and evolving as a yoga teacher.
It is a great time to teach yoga, this sacred and ancient practice has become more known and recommended by many wellness practitioners. More people from all cultures, backgrounds and demographics are practicing asana and meditation than ever before. Although this is absolutely amazing, practitioners are not always sure which type of practice best suits their needs. Often modern yoga teachers rely on asana as their main teaching tool, eliminating other profound practices to offer their students. In addition to, we (teachers) may get comfortable teaching only from the perspective of our personal practice and may not have the knowledge or confidence to adapt teachings to the needs of the student.
Studying in an Advance Teacher Training will prepare you to teach students of all-levels, learning styles and body types.
I have personally designed a course that is comprehensive, a course that I wish was offered to me. This course will prepare you to teach for a lifetime. You will be encouraged to never stop learning, practicing and teaching. Throughout this course and beyond, you will be supported, having a Sacred Space to return to whenever needed.

My name is Bree Morena de Santos, I am the Founder of I Love Yoga School a Not-For-Profit Organization dedicated to offering yoga services to populations underserved as well as trainings to teachers through grant-funded and sponsored scholarship programs.
I have been teaching yoga for over a decade and have been teaching and then leading yoga teacher training programs since 2020. It is absolutely my passion! I recently graduated with my doctorate in education, specializing in diverse learning curriculum. I began practicing asana to alleviate injuries from dance, I remember first learning about the philosophy of yoga and sadhana and my life completely changed. Teaching the discipline of yoga is my dharma and I have incorporated the many lessons into everything I do. I have spent the last several years educating others on the principles of yoga as a practitioner, student & teacher. I absolutely LOVE yoga, it is a brilliant roadmap to living a life of understanding.
